During this time, restaurants throughout the New Orleans area will feature special vegan menu items. Diners have the opportunity to go out, enjoy meals, vote, comment, and post photos of the delicious vegan meals they have ordered.
NOLA Vegan Chef Challenge is organized by Vegan Outreach with collaborators Humane Society of Louisiana, Vegan 2 the Soul, and e²jdj.
