During this time, restaurants throughout the Lehigh Valley, PA, area will feature special vegan menu items. Diners have the opportunity to go out, enjoy meals, vote, comment, and post photos of the delicious vegan meals they have ordered.
The Lehigh Vegan Chef Challenge is in collaboration with Animal Defenders Greater Lehigh Valley. Their mission is to build an inclusive vegan community by planting seeds of knowledge and promoting compassionate living.
