Mac Downs are ticketed, one-day events where local chefs compete to create the best vegan mac and cheese. Typically, around eight chefs participate, serving samples to over 100 attendees. Guests are invited to sample and vote for their favorite dishes, and winning chefs receive prizes at the end of the event. These events highlight how fun vegan food can be!
